SWSD is looking for applicants to join our substitute custodial team. A complete Classified packet includes:

  • Letter of Interest;
  • Resume;
  • Two Letters of Recommendations and two email references submitted.

Conditions of Employment

  • As a condition of employment, newly hired employees are required to be fingerprinted to provide information for a Washington State Patrol and FBI History background inquiry at a personal cost of approximately $53.00. Must be completed PRIOR to starting employment. Do you agree to this condition?
  • An inquiry may be made to the Washington State Patrol, a Federal or other Law enforcement agency to verify your responses to the Background questions. A copy of any response received pursuant to such inquiry will be made available to you upon request. By answering yes to this statement, I certify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct.
  • In consideration of the South Whidbey School District's review of this application, are you authorizing and releasing the South Whidbey School District and all providers of information regarding your personal, educational, vocational or employment history from any liability as a result of furnishing and receiving any information in the verification of your answers to the Background questions?

1st Aid/CPR Certification Required
