We’re adding an IT Support Engineer to our Houston-based team to provide hands-on support and project assistance for one of our key clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical troubleshooting, fieldwork, and client interaction. You’ll split your time between resolving day-to-day IT issues, working on-site installations, and contributing to infrastructure improvements.

You’ll work with modern Microsoft technologies, support networked systems, and help deliver reliable solutions that keep client operations running smoothly. If you like staying active, switching between desk work and field tasks, and want to grow within a supportive MSP environment, this is an excellent next step in your IT career.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide hands-on desktop, laptop, and mobile device support
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and SharePoint environments
• Assist with system rollouts, upgrades, and vendor-led implementations
• Perform physical work such as cabling, terminations, and camera installations
• Support and maintain networking equipment, including Cisco-based environments
• Coordinate with vendors to complete site projects and repairs
• Participate in field installations and occasional lift operations

What You Bring

• 2+ years of MSP experience in a support or onsite technician role
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft and Windows environments
• Experience with networking fundamentals and exposure to Cisco equipment
• Comfortable with both desk-based troubleshooting and hands-on fieldwork
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and efficiently
