Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
We are a FUN Chicago based IT company that offers IT services and support for small to large size businesses. Our primary focus is providing innovative technology solutions and IT services to our clients. We are looking for a motivated IT Helpdesk Technician Tier 1.5 to join our team!
Responsibilities
- The hired IT Helpdesk Technician Tier 1.5 will be interacting with customers and end-users.
- Troubleshooting issues on systems.
- Backend system administration.
- Providing general technical support remotely.
Qualifications
- Computer Hardware; Software Troubleshooting
- Strong background with Windows 10
- Networking/troubleshooting knowledge
- Knowledge of Windows and Servers, Active Directory, Exchange On-Prem or Office 365
- 1+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider Required
- MCSA, MCSE, or CCNA preferred
