The Medical Specialist, Dermatology (MS) will report to the District Manager, Dermatology, and be responsible for engaging Dermatologists and other key healthcare professionals within an assigned geographical area. The role involves presenting clinically focused messages to grow revenue and meet product goals, demonstrating strong sales performance, and adhering to all regulatory and company policies. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies within key dermatology accounts to increase product utilization. Build and maintain relationships with dermatology experts, nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy groups. Collaborate with regional and home office teams to address customer needs, market trends, and support brand objectives. Participate in industry congresses, regional meetings, and medical conferences to support sales initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or higher is a plus. Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2 years in immunology or biologic markets, preferably dermatology. Proven success in complex markets and ability to travel across large territories. Preferred Attributes
Strong sales performance and ethical conduct. Competitive spirit, resilience, and effective collaboration skills. Passion for science and continuous learning about disease states and treatment options. Location and Compensation
Location: Seattle, WA Salary Range: $141,400 - $184,800 annually Additional Information
