Your Opportunity Our SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) professionals deliver strategic solutions to help clients transform their logistics operations, improving cost, efficiency, quality and effectiveness. As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, interact with stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Travel to meet with clients as needed.
Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes.
Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Participate in Explore phase design workshops.
Configure SAP EWM and related SAP modules.
Design and document functional specifications for custom RICEF solutions.
Test solutions and support training materials delivery.
Provide on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users.
Demonstrate technical capabilities and strong business acumen; assimilate new knowledge.
Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; proficiency in requirements definition and analysis.
Experience in system configuration design and tech cost-benefit analysis.
Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact.
Willingness to travel (approximately 40-60%).
To Qualify For The Role
Bachelor’s degree required.
Typically 2-4 years’ relevant experience with SAP EWM.
Strong technical skills in application functional design.
Expertise in requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies.
Ability to build and manage relationships; critical thinking and complex problem-solving.
Flexibility to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience.
SAP certification(s).
Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP EWM.
Hands-on SAP system configuration experience.
Experience designing RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications.
Experience writing and executing test scripts and training materials for end users.
Knowledge of warehouse operations for distribution/manufacturing.
