The Huntington Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking a Salesforce.com Platform Architect with deep experience across Salesforce products including Sales & Service, Marketing, Financial Services Clouds, and MuleSoft. The Architect will work under the guidance of a Chief Architect and serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external partners, providing technical leadership to COE Service Delivery leaders, Technical Delivery teams, and peer Architects across the Huntington Enterprise. The role requires deep knowledge of how data is shared between clouds, secured, and synchronized with external systems. Responsibilities
Provide leadership with architecture/design for implementation of solutions, conceptualizing the technical vision and direction, potentially involving complex Salesforce ecosystem initiatives and integrations with external systems. Develop, maintain, and communicate the platform architectural target state and direction, including interim states where needed. Communicate and govern use of architectural trends and best practices within the application domain through design reviews; participate as a voting member of the COE Architecture Review Board. Conduct product/solution evaluations, including Salesforce capabilities and third-party offerings, and create prototypes/proof of concepts to align with business goals. Design, document, and develop development patterns and best practices for COE technical delivery teams. Mentor technical delivery staff. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible technical and business experience developing enterprise-level applications, including at least 5 years of Salesforce.com full-stack development. Knowledge of Salesforce data model across various clouds/products and strong data modeling experience. Proven track record of successful project architecture for large enterprise Salesforce implementations involving multiple clouds (Sales/Service, Financial Services, Marketing) and MuleSoft. Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Application Architect, Integration Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written). Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is highly preferred. Strategic thinker with a big-picture vision and ability to governance conversations at executive and design levels to balance business requirements with growth and scalability. SHIELD implementation experience preferred; experience with Salesforce DevOps toolsets or Enterprise equivalent or the Sharing and Visibility Architect certification; experience with managed packages, data integration and data migration projects; familiarity with ETL tools and system integrations or the Integration Architect certification. Exempt Status

Compensation Range:
USD 70,000.00 – 140,000.00 annually . Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Eligible for incentive compensation.
