Western Tidewater CSB is seeking a Full-Time Mobile Crisis Services Manager for our agency! Responsibilities
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a dynamic team composed of Licensed, Licensed Eligible, and Bachelor’s level Clinicians capable of responding to individuals with mental health disorders and are in an acute crisis Coordinate Crisis Stabilization and Crisis Prevention services Facilitate collaboration with community partners, families, and other natural supports to improve access to care Daily oversight of assigned programs and services including responding to critical incidents, ensuring effective program operation, and service billing Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related Human Services Field. Preferred Virginia Licensure as a Practicing Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Psychologist or Board Certified Behavior Analyst Preferred. Five years of clinical experience in a behavior health facility, residential or community setting, including experience working with children & adults with behavior disorders. One (1) year experience as a senior clinician or higher supervisory role in a behavioral health setting and/or demonstrated leadership in those areas. Minimum of one (1) year experience with the ID/DD population. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable DMV record at time of hire and continuously thereafter. Job Details
