Overview

The Solutions Engineer for PSPs & ISVs drives the successful technical adoption, integration, and ongoing support of Ingenico’s solutions within our partner ecosystem. You will work closely with account executives, partner managers, and product teams to provide technical expertise and integration guidance throughout the pre- and post-sales cycle. You’ll gather and translate business and technical requirements into actionable solutions, deliver product demonstrations, lead technical workshops, guide integrations, and provide consultative support to ensure seamless deployment of Ingenico’s payment solutions. What You’ll Do

Act as the primary technical interface for PSP and ISV partners throughout integration and deployment. Guide partners in implementing and supporting Ingenico’s hardware and software payment solutions. Collaborate with PSPs, ISVs, and third-party providers to resolve integration challenges and accelerate time to market. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and whiteboard sessions to support sales engagements. Translate partner and customer requirements into best-practice solutions and integration designs. Provide consultative support and training to partners on Ingenico’s solution stack. Support existing partners with troubleshooting, upgrades, and ongoing optimization. Participate in industry and partner events to showcase Ingenico’s technology. Capture partner feedback to influence product enhancements and roadmap priorities. Assist with testing, certification, and pilot programs for new hardware/software releases. Collaborate with QA and software engineering teams to diagnose and resolve integration issues. About Your Skills

Development experience in Android, Java, and C#. Strong knowledge of API and SDK integration methodologies. Skilled in technical troubleshooting and solution design. Experience with partner-facing solution delivery, ideally in payments or fintech. Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Ability to build trusted relationships with PSPs, ISVs, and cross-functional teams. Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts into actionable insights. NICE TO HAVE

Knowledge of encryption standards and security practices in payments (e.g., DUKPT, Triple DES, PCI-DSS, PCI-P2PE). Experience with EMV certification and payment application integration. Familiarity with POS hardware, payment device interfaces, and middleware (e.g., OPOS, JPOS). Understanding of secure payment architectures for PSPs/ISVs. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint. AAP/EEO Statement
