UKG WFM System Administrator Job Duties
We’re seeking a detail-oriented UKG WFM System Administrator to manage and support our HR technology platforms. This role oversees daily system operations, ensures data accuracy, supports upgrades, and provides technical assistance to HR staff and employees. Additional responsibilities include user training, process improvement, compliance management, and vendor coordination. Schedule
Full-Time Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or minimum 5 years’ experience with HRIS administration. Experience with UKG Workforce Management required. A solid understanding of core HR and Payroll processes, such as benefits administration, and full cycle payroll required. Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred. Strong technical skills are required, including proficiency in database management, reporting tools, and system integrations and data flows. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills for troubleshooting issues and analyzing data. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. A high level of detail-orientation is critical for maintaining data integrity and accuracy. The ability to manage projects effectively, from gathering requirements to implementation and testing.
