Payroll Systems Analyst Job Duties
The Payroll Systems Analyst will work closely with the Payroll & Benefits Department to ensure highly effective and consistent use of all timekeeping and payroll applications. This individual assists in maintaining the integrity of Payroll data/configuration within these systems, and coordinates with the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Financial Reporting (FIN) and Information Technology (IT) as needed to perform assigned duties. As a knowledgeable member of the Finance and Accounting staff, he/she assists Payroll & Benefits department staff in analyzing and resolving production issues. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer systems, Finance or related field required or 4 years of Payroll experience working with and/or maintaining timekeeping and ERP payroll applications in lieu of education requirement. Experience with Human Capital Management business system implementations and upgrades, including fit/gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, training and communications a plus. ADP Workforce Now experience a must. eTime timekeeping and/or UKG Kronos system experience a plus. Benefits

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting.
