NPAworldwide . Location: New Brunswick, NJ Salary: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 What Youll Do
Lead the design and management of projects across residential, commercial, educational, and multi-use developments. Drive projects from concept to completion, including site design, stormwater management, grading, and erosion/sediment control. Manage permitting processes with regulatory agencies (NJDEP, municipal, county) and navigate approvals with confidence. Oversee site investigations and ensure compliance with state and local design standards. Prepare concept plans, subdivision plans, technical reports, and more. Collaborate closely with contractors, sub-consultants, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery. Balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality and timelines. Qualifications
Education & Credentials: E.I.T. required; NJ P.E. license preferred. Experience: 5-10+ years in civil engineering, site design, or land development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or equivalent stormwater software. Expertise: Stormwater management, grading, utility design, and erosion/sediment control. Strengths: Excellent communication, time management, leadership, and a meticulous eye for detail. Mindset: Strong work ethic, ability to thrive independently and collaboratively. Why This Role
