What You Will Be Doing Join our team as an EDI Lead Business Systems Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our electronic data interchange systems. Partnering closely with business stakeholders and customers, you'll lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of EDI solutions that ensure seamless data flow and compliance with industry standards. You'll drive strategic initiatives-from translating business needs into technical specifications to leading system testing and implementation. As a mentor and technical expert, you'll foster team growth, uphold best practices, and collaborate with vendors to resolve complex issues. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field required Advanced degree preferred 10+ years supporting Order to Cash EDI applications in a business analyst capacity Proven ability to manage large IT projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives Expertise in business process design, execution, and operations Strong problem-solving skills with ability to develop innovative solutions Experience merging business and technical concepts to address complex challenges Skilled in adapting to changing business requirements and troubleshooting issues Prior non-IT business experience a plus Deep knowledge of EDI protocols: ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, AS2 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with focus on data integrity Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Mastery in translating business functionality into technical requirements Proficient in testing software and business processes end-to-end Skilled in change management and understanding system interdependencies Familiarity with SAP systems Strong leadership and negotiation skills across business and technical teams Our Commitment to You At Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally.
