Here, your performance has purpose.# **What You Will Be Doing**Acushnet is seeking a hands-on and strategic Senior Functional Lead for SAP Manufacturing (PP / PPDS / AVC) to drive the design and implementation of our global SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solution. As a key member of the SAP Center of Excellence, you’ll lead end-to-end solution delivery, collaborating with global business and IT teams to build a best-in-class manufacturing capability. You’ll own the solution architecture, guide testing and configuration, and support operations while championing innovation and continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity to shape a greenfield SAP implementation and elevate manufacturing performance across a global enterprise.**What You Bring*** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, MIS, IT, or related field.* SAP Certification is a plus.* 10+ years of hands-on SAP ERP experience, including both brownfield and greenfield S/4HANA implementations.* Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP PP, PPDS, and AVC modules.* Proven ability to translate complex manufacturing requirements into scalable, automated solutions.* Extensive experience configuring PP/PPDS/AVC end-to-end (e.g., planning boards, alert profiles, variant models).* Successful implementation of PP/PPDS/AVC in high-volume make-to-order environments (up to 10,000 custom orders/day).* Willingness to travel as needed.* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.* Proven success in solution rollout and support within SAP manufacturing domains.* Ability to explain complex systems clearly to non-technical stakeholders.* Passion for process documentation and standards.* Critical thinking and problem-solving across multiple perspectives.* Expertise in PPDS heuristics, CRP, PP, and DS.* Deep knowledge of master data in PP/PPDS/AVC (Products, BOMs, Routings, PDS, etc.).* Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and cross-functional integration across manufacturing, planning, and supply chain.**Our Commitment to You**At Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally.
