Kinetic Configurator Developer , you'll play a critical role in building intelligent, scalable product configurators that directly impact business efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll work remotely but closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and fellow implementation specialists to deliver tailored, high-performance configurator solutions. What You’ll Do
Work directly with customers to understand configurable product needs and document technical and functional requirements. Develop and deploy Epicor Kinetic Configurator tools using Application Studio, Smart Strings, and C#. Translate business logic into powerful, user-friendly configurator solutions. Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing configurators—yours and others. Deliver training and mentoring to customers and internal teams on configurator use and maintenance. Support the broader implementation team with demos, discovery sessions, and sales-related insights. Participate in ongoing certification and team development initiatives. Manage and track project progress through internal PSA and project tools.
What You Bring
2+ years of experience with Epicor Kinetic Configurator , including Application Studio and advanced configuration tools. Proven ability to handle multiple client projects and shifting priorities. Strong knowledge of Epicor’s Sales Management, Engineering, Job Management, and Pricing modules. Proficiency in C# for creating user-defined methods and logic within configurators. Experience building multi-page configurators, utilizing control/page validations, and managing Configurator Control Data tables. Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly and professionally. A detail-oriented mindset with a consultative, customer-first approach.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Classic Configurator experience (prior to Kinetic). Experience with Smart Strings, DMT (Data Management Tool), and creating lookup/control data tables. Functional experience across multiple industries or product types. Exposure to Epicor sales demos or marketing support. Knowledge of Epicor ecosystem integrations and business process optimization.
