Support and customize Salesforce by creating custom applications, processes, visual layouts with Visualforce, Apex, Java, JavaScript, and other technologies to build customized solutions and integrate third-party platforms, AppExchange products, and data migrations. Work in the Salesforce Maintenance and Operations team following agile and traditional software lifecycles. Analyze processes, develop CRM workflows, and create custom, scalable solutions for specific business needs. Under guidance from senior team members, develop highly interactive UI using Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and Apex. Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations (fields, objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, validation rules). Provide operational support, enhancements, bug fixes, and maintain ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, and problems; act as escalation point for Service Desk and NOC for advanced issue resolution. Collaborate with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to determine requirements and translate them into tools within Salesforce; develop, document, and enforce application standards. Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices; participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; follow leadership’s best practices for integration, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement. Use change management processes to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code. Qualifications and KSAs

Considerable working knowledge of multiple programming languages, databases, development platforms, and systems integration. Experience translating user requirements into business, functional, and test scenarios. Experience developing technical documentation and evaluating information from multiple sources to derive functional requirements. Demonstrated experience in Salesforce application development; solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and API. Experience writing Visualforce and Apex, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Java or C#, SOAP-based web services. Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, ETL Tools) and Salesforce integration projects. Strong understanding of relational databases. Ability to learn and develop in new programming languages, APIs, and platforms; evaluate emerging technologies; balance and prioritize multiple tasks; work collaboratively; synthesize feedback; build strong relationships. Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of programming and analysis experience (or equivalent). Preference given to Salesforce developer experience or Salesforce Developer certification. Pre-Employment Requirements
