The Role As a Senior Sales Manager, you will:

Drive new business and expand existing accounts within large enterprises across Germany.

Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to craft tailored ServiceNow solutions.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.

Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Negotiate and close large-scale deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to leadership.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the IT services or digital transformation sectors.

Experience selling enterprise-level solutions, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Fluency in German and English.

Willingness to travel within Germany as needed.
