Requirements

Willing and able to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.

At least 1+ years of supervisory experience in lake/pond maintenance, landscaping, commercial mowing, or similar fields.

At least 1+ year of background and formal experience in lake/pond maintenance, landscaping, commercial mowing, turf management, pesticide application

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.

Ability to walk on steep slopes for extended periods of time.

Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis.

Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

Ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns, and other environmental risks.

Must practice safety with chemicals and equipment.

Must have good communication skills and ability to motivate others.

Must comply with Dragonfly\'s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities While each project is different, the crew leader\'s responsibilities encompass the following:

Mow, string trim, prune stormwater ponds.

Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks.

Schedule and monitor daily workloads.

Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and materials each day.

Attend and participate in crew and department general and safety meetings.

Prepare timesheets and other daily paperwork as required by the company.

Safe driving of company owned vehicles trucks (with or without trailers) and transporting crew members.

Maintain on-site relations and communications with clients, contractors and/or subcontractors.

Overnight travel within and to nearby States is required 50%-75% of the time.
