The Department of Nutritional Sciences in the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is currently seeking Lecturers to teach various undergraduate or graduate courses such as: Culinary Nutrition, Introduction to Sports Nutrition, Nutrition and Health, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Food Customs and Nutrition Equity, Nutrition Communication, Health Promotion and possibly others. The instructors will present course materials during assigned course times, hold office hours, administer exams, assign grades, and coordinate any other requirements related to course instruction. Applicants should specify which course is of primary interest.
