We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Executive Chef
to lead our culinary team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a strong eye for creativity, consistency, and quality. Responsibilities
Lead all kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction Design seasonal, on-trend menus with an innovative approach to modern American cuisine Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, training, and performance Oversee food and labor costs, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards Collaborate with management on special events, private dining, and promotional menus Qualifications
3+ years of Executive or Sous Chef experience in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant Proven leadership skills and a positive, team-first attitude Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen management, and cost controls Creative culinary vision with strong attention to detail and plating SERV Safe certification or equivalent preferred Why Work With Us
