You’ll ensure excellence in quality, safety, and presentation, making each meal an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Lead your culinary team, ensuring efficiency, creativity, and adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards. Guarantee daily compliance with workplace safety, food safety, HACCP, and sanitation guidelines. Consistently achieve strong internal audit scores by proactively maintaining cleanliness and organization in your kitchen. Culinary Leadership: Oversee purchasing, menu planning, and execution of innovative, high-quality, cost-effective food services. Continuously develop your team through hiring, training, scheduling, and mentorship, promoting a culture of excellence and professional growth. Customer Engagement & Brand Representation: Represent ISS Guckenheimer professionally, engaging positively with clients and customers, embracing feedback to enhance service quality. Utilize merchandising and marketing strategies effectively to present dishes that delight and inspire. Manage and monitor financial and accounting operations within your budget, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient resource use. Who You Are: A culinary professional with at least 3 years of experience in high-volume food service operations. Ideally holding a Culinary Arts degree and experienced in food preparation and presentation in line with HACCP standards. Skilled in effective communication and comfortable interacting with diverse groups including customers, clients, and team members. Why Join Us?
