Executive Chef , you’ll oversee all back-of-house operations across campus cafés, ensuring top-quality food, safe operations, and unforgettable dining experiences. Partnering with the General Manager, you’ll shape menus, develop teams, and deliver excellence that keeps clients and guests coming back. What You’ll Do

Oversee recipe preparation, cooking, and portioning for cafés and catered events Maintain the highest standards of food safety, workplace safety, and HACCP compliance Support café leaders in meeting budgets and financial targets Lead training, onboarding, and development for back-of-house staff Partner with the GM to achieve financial success across food, labor, and operating costs Direct catering operations, ensuring high-quality execution for VIP and special events Why You’ll Love This Role

Culinary degree preferred; ServSafe certification required (or ability to obtain) Proven success managing restaurants or corporate dining facilities Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for customer service Ability to manage budgets and align with financial goals Hands-on experience with HACCP, workplace safety, and NetMenu systems Positive, dependable, and solutions-focused attitude Physical Demands & Work Environment

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. On your feet for extended periods; adhere to professional dress code HSEQ Compliance
