$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr What You’ll Do

Lead daily culinary operations, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and safety across the kitchen Oversee purchasing, preparation, and execution of high-quality, cost-effective food service Ensure strict compliance with food safety, HACCP guidelines, and health department regulations Train, schedule, and develop staff while promoting a culture of collaboration and growth Represent ISS Guckenheimer with clients and customers, listening to feedback and driving improvements Why You’ll Love This Role

Culinary Arts degree preferred 3+ years of culinary management experience in high-volume food service or restaurants Strong knowledge of HACCP processes, food preparation, and safety standards ServSafe Manager Certified (or ability to obtain certification immediately after hire) Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients, customers, and employees Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Physical Demands

Ability to work on your feet up to 8 hours per day (excluding breaks) Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines during peak service times Join Our Team
