You will collaborate with culinary leaders, mentor team members, and deliver operational excellence at one of the region’s top venues. Qualifications

Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field Minimum 2–3 years of professional culinary experience Food Handler\'s certification (or ability to obtain) Proficiency in food safety and sanitation standards Experience managing kitchen staff and operations Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen operations Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Monitor inventory and food costs Train and mentor kitchen staff Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Support Executive Chef and fill in as needed Benefits
