The
Emergency Services Coordinator (ESC)
is responsible for selling restoration services of Restoration Management Company (RMC) directly to residential and commercial customers affected by water, fire, soot, smoke, mold, and other environmental damage for the purposes of selling new business. The ESC must be willing to work as needed. The ESC will report to the Director of National Sales. Key Responsibilities
Promotes the Company in a professional manner while providing Emergency Services. Generates new business by selling industry-leading restoration services. Communicates with customers in person, over the phone, and in writing for the purpose of closing leads. Qualifies leads through direct assessment of emergency events and provides supporting documentation to Emergency Services Specialist for follow-up of leads. Collaborates and builds relationships with project managers and marketing representatives to effectively sell the Company’s services while achieving sales goals. Monitors emergency situations locally, regionally, and nationally for the purpose of generating new sales. Provides direction to Emergency Services Specialist on follow-up of leads using web-based tools and ESD technology support. Tracks Sales Performance goals as defined by the Director of National Sales to ensure goals are met. Identifies sales activities, sales results, and potential commission calculations for reporting to the ESD team. Reviews compiled information relevant to emergency events and ensures prompt dissemination to the ESD team and other branches or departments as needed. Provides timely response to all electronic communications and all sales opportunities. Experience/Requirements
Valid Driver’s License with driving record in good standing. Experience in construction and/or restoration-related sales. Customer relations focus, with ability to develop strong business relationships. Excellent organizational skills; able to work independently and in a team. Uses good judgment and is resourceful. Thorough knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to excel in both self-managed and team environments. Safety Requirements
Regulatory Requirements: Adhere to local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards. PPE: Required PPE may include gloves, masks, goggles, hard hats, and safety footwear as required for the role and site conditions. Physical Clearance: Complete pulmonary function test with respirator fit test as applicable. Physical Hazards: Potential exposure to equipment vibrations, falls, extreme temperatures, and high noise levels. Chemical Hazards: Exposure to solvents, adhesives, paints, and cleaning agents; proper handling and storage required. Biological Hazards: Exposure to mold, bacteria, and other pathogens found in restoration environments. Safety Training: Complete mandatory safety training, including hazard communication, emergency response, and safe equipment handling. Reporting Safety Concerns: Identify and report unsafe conditions, hazards, incidents or injuries to supervisors without fear of retaliation. Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures, including evacuation routes and contacts. Physical Requirements
Lifting and Carrying: Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance. Physical Activities: Walking, bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, climbing, squatting, crawling, overhead lifting, reaching, and twisting. Sitting and Standing: Prolonged sitting or standing; alternating as needed. Repetitive Motions: Repetitive use of hands and wrists for computer work. Machinery Operation: Ability to operate machinery and tools as required. Visual Ability: Clear vision for close work and computer use. Working Conditions
Office Environment: Indoor office setting with standard office equipment; meetings and collaboration with team members (in person or via video). Field Environment: Outdoor restoration sites with variable weather conditions. Hazardous Environments: Potential exposure to hazardous materials; strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE; may require after-hours work for 24/7 operations. Travel
