Design and manage individualized behavior programming as part of an interdisciplinary team Manage RBTs/BTs and supervise direct 1:1 ABA service delivery Conduct behavior assessments and individualize client treatment goals and objectives Conduct monthly caregiver training Coordinate with other professionals on the client’s treatment team Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field BCBA Certification – current certification by the BACB BCBAs who require additional experience may be enrolled in our BCBA mentorship program Benefits And Compensation
