ISS Facility Services - North America . The Campus Executive Chef (CEC) will uphold the integrity of a multi-unit culinary program as directed by ISS/GEI. The CEC will partner with the account leadership in ensuring all ISS/GEI culinary best practices, guidelines, policies, SOPs, NetMenu application requirements, and approved minimum offering standards are being followed in order to uphold our high-quality expectation. Responsibilities
Provide culinary support to a multi-unit account, including: Partner with leadership to ensure hiring best practices for culinary positions Adhere to ISS/GEI/client guidelines, policies, SOPs, and CPEs for food production and quality standards in each unit Maintain NetMenu applications and ensure accurate functionality Monitor and support culinary budgetary requirements and provide data to support cost analysis Create and enter menu programming into NetMenu, meeting unit requirements Follow procurement purchasing guidelines, policies, and SOPs Comply with Procurement Integrity Index (PII) scores and KPI requirements Coordinate new unit startup process where applicable Attend and facilitate culinary leadership team meetings to align on ISS/GEI/client initiatives Oversee culinary training in line with ISS/GEI/client guidelines, policies, SOPs, and program standards May be asked to perform other duties as assigned Food And Workplace Safety
Partner with Unit leadership to ensure a safe kitchen environment for employees and guests Follow Workplace Safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs daily Follow Food Safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs daily Adhere to Allergen Control Plan (ACP) guidelines, policies, and SOPs Ensure product labels are accurate and include all allergenic ingredients Follow HACCP guidelines, policies, and SOPs Adhere to NSF guidelines, policies, and SOPs Core Competencies
Communication and Influence – convey information clearly, with basic negotiation and diplomacy as needed Diversity Awareness – respect and value differences to achieve company vision Customer Focus – provide excellent service to external and internal customers, address complaints, and treat customers as valuable Drive and Dependability – demonstrate enthusiasm, persistence, urgency, and pursuit of excellence Stress Tolerance/Flexibility – perform well under pressure and time constraints Interpersonal Relationships – build professional, trusting relationships with supervisors, staff, managers, customers, and vendors Integrity – uphold ethical standards and comply with laws and policies Physical Demands & Work Environment
Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs Maintain proper dress according to the dress code Ability to work under pressure during peak periods HSEQ Compliance
Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures Participate in HSEQ training and report hazards or compliance concerns ISS offers full-time benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, and a comprehensive leave program. The annual salary range is $110,000.00 to $123,000.00 per year; final compensation is based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
