Execute the Company’s EHS policies and procedures, including leading personnel and directly maintaining accurate data/documents in the EHS management systems. Manage programs such as Title V Air Permit, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Standards, EPA Storm Water Management, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan, Facility Response Plan / Integrated Contingency Plan, and applicable OSHA and consensus standards (including NFPA 70E, General Industry, Process Safety Management, and Construction). Oversee recordkeeping per 29 CFR 1904 and compliance programs including OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program (VPP), EPA Hazardous Waste Regulations, EPA Risk Management Program, and Part 75 and Part 60 CEMS. Produce, review and submit required regulatory reporting for the site with applicable oversight; act as the site’s coordinator with regulatory agencies to maintain a positive, collaborative relationship. Manage the site’s Continuous Emissions Monitor and Data Acquisition and Handling Systems; lead interface with the OEM, generate required reports, ensure data accuracy, coordinate corrections with the OEM, and ensure timely submittals. Assist in establishing site goals and objectives and implement policies, programs, and procedures to ensure consistent application of the Company’s EHS compliance mission. Provide oversight of NERC/CIP program and offer “hands on” assistance to operating personnel to assure EHS compliance and support site improvements that reduce compliance risks and operating costs. Participate in incident and near-miss investigations using root cause analysis; contribute to corrective action development, implementation and tracking. Participate in site regulatory and internal audits as required and stay abreast of new and changing regulatory requirements related to EHS compliance at the site. Support off-hours evolutions, including outages or emergency response as required. Education/Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, engineering or related field. Specialized regulatory knowledge with Clean Air Act programs and knowledge in other disciplines (e.g., CWA, EPCRA, CERCLA, RCRA, RMP); familiarity with Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems and related quality assurance is highly beneficial. Strong organization, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the plant and corporate organizations. Ability to perform and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment; strong planning and leadership abilities with a results-driven mindset.
