Leading, award-winning, and growing multibillion-dollar hedge fund is seeking an Investor Relations Fund Administration Analyst to join its dynamic team. This role will support investor relations through client service, operational coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration. Support investor servicing operations by reviewing daily and monthly capital activity files prepared by the fund administrator, ensuring accurate integration into internal CRM and proprietary systems. Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, P&L Reporting, and the fund administrator on investor workflows, including subscriptions, redemptions, account maintenance, redemption payments, wire reconciliations, and reporting. Respond to inquiries from investors, advisors, and consultants, providing accurate information while maintaining the highest standards of client service. Assist in investor onboarding, compliance documentation reviews, have a strong understanding of PPM’s and distribution of offering materials; support platform partner onboarding and complete questionnaires related to firm-level and fund-level terms. Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in fund administration and investor servicing/investor relations. Strong understanding of how cash flows affect upstream and downstream operational teams. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive investor data. Proficiency with CRM data entry/reporting and Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables). Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret complex data clearly. Team-oriented, solutions-focused, and detail-driven professional. Bachelor’s degree required. About the client
