A leading alternative investment management firm is seeking a
Fund Administration Analyst
to join its Investor Relations Services team. Compensation Base salary range:
$95,000 – $150,000 , + Bonus + Profit Sharing Key Responsibilities
Work Arrangement -
On-site, Monday through Friday. Review and reconcile daily and monthly capital activity transaction files from third-party fund administrators, ensuring accurate integration into internal systems, including CRM and proprietary platforms. Serve as a liaison between internal teams (Legal, Compliance, P&L Reporting, etc.) and external fund administrators on workflows such as subscriptions, redemptions, account maintenance, payments, reconciliations, and reporting. Respond to investor, advisor, and consultant inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Support investor onboarding, including reviewing compliance documentation, providing offering materials, and assisting with platform partner onboarding. Complete due diligence questionnaires and maintain a strong understanding of fund terms, PPMs, and operational procedures. Monitor and ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive data, maintaining appropriate boundaries with external parties. Qualifications
Experience in fund administration, investor servicing, or investor relations within the asset management or financial services industry. Strong understanding of capital flow processing and its impact across multiple teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables), and experience with CRM systems
(Dynamo experience is a plus). Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-driven, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Additional Benefits
