The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys helping people and guiding them through the home-selling and home-buying process. The Lead Agent will manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. If you excel at building relationships, prioritizing tasks, and managing your time effectively, we want to hear from you! RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond promptly to new leads and follow up consistently to convert them into appointments. Manage all leads using our contact database system; set and complete tasks, and track client communications. Identify homes that match prospective buyers' criteria, schedule showings, and assist in refining their search. Stay informed about the real estate market and educate clients on market trends and processes. Possess local knowledge of the community to answer questions about homes and neighborhoods. Write and submit offers, negotiate effectively, and work with clients to secure contracts. REQUIREMENTS: Active NC and/or SC Real Estate License. Alignment with HPREA Core Values.
