HPREA is the #1 real estate team in one of the top Keller Williams offices in the entire world! What are we looking for? We’re looking for people to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.
GOALS:
Create / Convert / Close
30-40 showings per week to fully qualified buyers
Average 5 homes shown before writing an offer
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have NC/SC Real Estate License
Daily 7:30AM Accountability Call
5 days in office per week (25 hours) when not showing
3 hours prospecting for new business / 2 hours follow up
Must have reliable transportation
