These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients\' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. As part of the Insurance team you are expected to provide exceptional technical knowledge and specialization and industry insights, coupled with the One Firm knowledge that brings everything PwC offers to solve our clients\' needs. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also expected to build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. Responsibilities

Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting 5 years of experience CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity What Sets You Apart

Master\'s Degree preferred In-depth knowledge of tax issues in insurance industries Advanced technical skills in FAS 109, FIN 48 Experience in tax provision preparation, audit, and review Proven leadership in managing resource requirements and project workflow Proficiency in automation and digitization in professional services Familiarity with CRM systems Success as a tax technical business advisor Leading teams to create an atmosphere of trust Benefits and Additional Information

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual\'s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
