These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale projects to achieve successful outcomes
Innovate and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain exceptional standards of operational excellence in every activity
Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success
Build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open communication
Motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems
Serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging specialized knowledge and industry trends
Provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
5 years of experience
CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
What Sets You Apart
Master's Degree preferred
In-depth knowledge of tax issues in insurance industries
Advanced technical skills in FAS 109, FIN 48
Experience in tax provision preparation, audit, and review
Proven leadership in managing resource requirements and project workflow
Proficiency in automation and digitization in professional services
Familiarity with CRM systems
Success as a tax technical business advisor
Leading teams to create an atmosphere of trust

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
