As part of the Insurance team you are expected to provide exceptional technical knowledge and specialization and industry insights, coupled with the One Firm knowledge that brings everything PwC offers to solve our clients' needs. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also expected to build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale projects to achieve successful outcomes Innovate and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Maintain exceptional standards of operational excellence in every activity Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success Build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open communication Motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems Serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging specialized knowledge and industry trends Provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 5 years of experience CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity What Sets You Apart
