Oracle Services - Quote-to-Revenue TMT Senior Manager role at EY. Location: Anywhere in Country. Lead systems implementation as a project manager and manage teams to deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects. Drive continuous process improvement, innovation, and adoption of leading practices; oversee professional employees and guide teams through complex business systems initiatives. Maintain billable utilization across client engagements; manage projects, lead pursuits and engage with external clients daily. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand needs and advise on solutions; work with client resources across finance, IT, customer operations and other enterprise functions. Serve as a project manager, collaborating with EY teams through requirement gathering, solutions architecture, design, testing, deployment and ongoing support of SaaS solutions using Oracle and Zuora. Lead client proposals with pursuit teams; develop solution architecture to meet complex requirements; mentor and coach consultants at multiple levels. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; 8+ years of relevant experience. At least 3 years of project management experience in a system implementation role. At least 3 years of solution architecture experience with SaaS solutions in the Quote-to-Revenue area. Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex multi-platform implementations (Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EBS, Oracle PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Zuora Billing and Revenue). 5+ full lifecycle implementations involving Quote-to-Revenue processes; 2+ full lifecycle ERP package implementations covering order-to-cash, record-to-report, and procure-to-pay. Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies; strong communication, stakeholder management and client service skills; ability to travel as required. Ideally, you’ll also have
MBA or MS in Information Systems / Computer Science or related field preferred. Vendor certifications in Oracle Cloud Applications, NetSuite, or Zuora. Experience in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors; exposure to CRM and CPQ systems integrated with downstream Billing and Revenue Accounting. Experience supporting systems work for mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures; experience creating Statements of Work (SOW). What We Look For
