The Healthcare group is a market leader, advising on some of the most complex M&A transactions across the space. The team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join their Healthcare M&A team in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and clients on strategic advisory assignments, with a strong emphasis on M&A.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and client presentations Manage and mentor analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient workflow Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support strategic insights and recommendations Interface directly with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the deal process Prepare pitch materials and contribute to business development efforts Qualifications
3-5 years of investment banking experience, preferably with a focus on healthcare and M&A Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, comps), and transaction structuring Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Bachelor\'s degree from a top-tier institution; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
