Perform monthly revenue close, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis Prepare and review revenue reports and process owner distributions Reconcile revenue, suspense, and royalty accounts File state and federal regulatory reports (including GLO) and severance tax filings Analyze production and sales volumes for accuracy Support audits with reporting and documentation Drive process improvements and efficiency in revenue reporting Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of oil & gas revenue accounting experience (upstream preferred) Knowledge of operating revenue, production, and distributions Experience with GLO reporting and regulatory compliance Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs); BOLO or similar software a plus Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Seniority level
