INSPYR Solutions is partnered with an Advisory firm in central Houston seeking an investment operations professional to join their team. This well-established, growing independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) has over $1B in assets under management. The role offers a pivotal function in the execution of trading strategies, portfolio operations, and advisor support within a process-driven, client-centric environment. Onsite in the Greenway Plaza area. Responsibilities

Aggregate, validate, and execute trades with accuracy and compliance in mind Support quarterly rebalancing and manage ad-hoc trading requests Monitor and manage cash positions across client accounts Assist with investment research and data analysis as needed Prepare and maintain onboarding documents and client records across platforms (CRM, trading, reporting) Respond to internal and external requests related to accounts, transactions, and documentation Support advisors in meeting preparation and follow-up tasks Generate and distribute quarterly performance reports Manage account openings, transfers, and maintenance with custodians Process various money movements, including wires, ACH, RMDs, and checks Monitor daily workflows to ensure timely execution Act as a go-to resource for financial technology tools (CRM, portfolio management, planning software, etc.) Identify opportunities to enhance operational workflows and implement improvements Maintain audit-ready records and trading documentation Support compliance processes and regulatory reporting Ensure operational procedures align with SEC and state regulatory standards Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in investment operations, client service, or similar financial services role Familiarity with custodial platforms (e.g., Schwab or similar) Proficiency in Excel and experience with tools like DocuSign, CRM systems, and portfolio management software High attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Access Series 65 (or willingness to obtain) Seniority level
