is seeking a

hands-on Investment Operations Associate

to support portfolio management, trading, and client service. This role is fully onsite (with future potential for hybrid) and offers visibility across investment operations, client support, and compliance. Location: Houston, TX. Compensation is estimated and may vary by experience. Responsibilities

Execute portfolio rebalancing, ad-hoc trades, and daily cash management. Maintain client accounts, onboarding, transfers, and money movement. Prepare performance reports and support advisors with meeting prep/follow-up. Manage CRM, trading, and portfolio systems; assist with compliance filings. Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field. 3+ years of investment operations or financial services experience. Advanced Excel skills; experience with Schwab and financial tech tools. Series 65 or willingness to obtain a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communicator. Seniority
