CONSULTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee, lead, and manage all aspects of the company’s accounting and financial reporting activities as a key member of the leadership team. Oversee the preparation and publishing of monthly financial statements with a tight month/quarter-end close timeline. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations and maintain proper internal controls. Monitor cash flows and ensure sufficient liquidity to run operations including managing bank reconciliations. Prepare board and investor reporting packages, manage the GL and ensure accuracy of financial records. Manage a small team of accounting and finance professionals. CORPORATE CONTROLLER

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
required
. CPA & public accounting experience is
required . 10+ years direct Controllership level experience within a small to mid-sized business (Services industry
preferred
). 5+ years’ experience directly managing a team. Expert proficiency within MS Excel & PowerPoint is
required
, Acumatica ERP system
preferred
. Proven experience with time-based accounting and invoicing. Exceptional communication, collaboration and analytical skills. Proven experience forging collaborative relationships with internal and external customers. Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.
