for our client in Richmond, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Financial Services organization. The company utilizes technology and statistical analysis for customized credit card offers and has 750 branches and 2,000 ATMs. Title:

Process Analyst Pay Rate:

$25 - $28/h Overview

Responsibilities include researching and understanding cash transactions, policies, procedures, and operations for ATMs, branches, and vaults. You will collaborate with others to support the value chain to ensure optimal cash levels and the performance of forecasting tools, and provide immediate support during unscheduled events to ensure continuity in cash flow. The role also requires in-depth analysis of cash trends and outliers to ensure uninterrupted cash availability to customers. Responsibilities

Understand cash transactions as they relate to ATMs, branches, and vaults Utilize analytical tools and proprietary software, including spreadsheets and databases, to establish and maintain proper cash levels Identify cash reduction opportunities Partner with Vault vendors, Branch, and ATM stakeholders to seek continuous improvements Provide coaching to maintain optimal cash levels Produce reports, graphs, and analyses illustrating trends and variances in cash balances Maintain optimal cash inventory levels across ATM and Branch/Commercial/SBB inventories Analyze and report trends, outages, outliers, and shifts in cash/schedule needs Analyze accuracy of the forecasting tool and identify adjustments necessary to maintain optimal forecasts Analyze footprint to identify updates required due to Branch/Cafe closures Analyze and identify schedule updates needed due to holidays Analyze cash usage and determine if schedule changes are needed Research and resolve Fed buy/sell issues Provide support with recovery efforts due to unplanned events (e.g., weather) Provide support and/or take lead on process improvement projects and updating documentation Gather and present monthly team metrics and provide reports to leadership that identify trends, performance, cash position and areas of improvement Manage new vault set up projects Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 2 years of experience in the following areas: Microsoft Office and Google Suites Bank, Branch, ATM, or Treasury Management operations including research and resolutions Proven analytical skills and proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., spreadsheets) Preferred Qualifications
