Overview
Senior Process Manager, Cash Operations (Hybrid) – Responsible for supporting and coordinating daily workflow as a member of a team that facilitates various systems and implementations focused processes and initiatives. This role supports routine processes across tools and systems utilized to forecast and order cash for ATMs, Branches, and CML/SBB customers. The position involves routine engagement with 3rd party providers and internal stakeholders to facilitate systems and implementations focused activities and continuous improvements to deliver against metrics and drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes. General Responsibilities
Support a variety of tools/systems utilized to forecast and order cash for our ATMs, Branches, & CML/SBB customers Engage with 3rd party providers to ensure adherence to systems-focused processes and service level expectations Develop and enhance professional rapport with line of business partners across the Bank and with 3rd party providers Partner with appropriate stakeholders to ensure 3rd party accountability for timeliness and accuracy of profile setups and process/project tasks Plan and coordinate daily workflow Troubleshoot systems and/or file issues through to resolution and root cause identification to reduce potential recurrence Maintain critical-to-quality standards and adherence to service level agreements Ensure compliance with policies and procedures Drive simplicity through the identification and implementation of process improvements and workflow enhancements Maintain current process and procedural documentation Produce metrics and reporting as assigned by leadership Leverage metrics and reporting to identify trends and outliers The ideal candidate will

This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in the office and the remainder of the week working virtually. Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification At least 1 year of Project or Process Management Experience At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office At least 2 years experience working in the Retail Banking Industry Preferred Qualifications
Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP Certification 5+ years experience working in the retail banking Industry Note:

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Richmond, VA: $78,400 - $89,500 for Sr. Process Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
