Associate Process Manager, Cash Monitoring and Support (Hybrid) As an Associate Process Manager on the Cash Monitoring and Support team, you will be responsible for researching and understanding cash transactions, policies, procedures, and operations for ATMs, branches, & vaults. You will be collaborating with peers and leadership to support the value chain to ensure optimal cash levels and performance of the forecasting tools. As a member of this team, you will also provide immediate support during unscheduled events, such as weather, to ensure continuity in cash flow. This role will also require in-depth analysis of cash trends and outliers to ensure uninterrupted cash availability to our customers.

Responsibilities of this role may include: Have an understanding of cash transactions as it relates to ATMs, branches, & vaults Utilize analytical tools and proprietary software, including spreadsheets & databases to establish and maintain proper cash inventory levels Identify cash reduction opportunities Partner with Vault vendors, Branch, and ATM stakeholders to seek continuous improvements Provide coaching to maintain optimal cash levels Produce reports, graphs, and analysis illustrating trends and variances in cash balances Identify & implement Vendor / Vault assignments Maintain optimal cash inventory levels across ATM and Branch/Commercial inventories Analyze and report vault trends, outages, outliers, and shifts in cash/schedule needs Analyze accuracy of the forecasting tool and identify adjustments necessary to maintain optimal forecasts Research and resolve Fed buy/sell issues Provide support with recovery efforts due to unplanned events (i.e. Weather) Provide support and/or take lead on process improvement projects & updating documentation Gather and present monthly team metrics Manage new vault set up projects The candidate should have: Experience in a research intensive role Strong analytical skills & ability to work with data to identify solutions Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification At least 1 year of Process Improvement Experience At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office At least 2 years of cash management experience (Bank, Branch, ATM, or Treasury Management) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Military experience BPM, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location: Richmond, VA: $64,700 - $73,900 for Process Manager This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
