Aggressively seek and obtain quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross-selling efforts. Build and maintain relationships, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction. Handle sales, credit analysis, proper loan structuring, client interviewing, and character judgment. Contribute to deposit growth by cross-selling and promoting banking products. Serve as the principal account and relationship manager for clients. Assess customer needs and solve problems effectively. Attend social, civic, and networking events with current and prospective clients. Collaborate with bank personnel to resolve customer issues. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, or related field preferred. Formal credit training and underwriting experience. 5-10 years of credit-related commercial banking experience. Ability to expand loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products. Familiarity with sales, loan processing, and closing processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven portfolio management record. Additional Details
