Prepare accurate medical claims based on contracted agreements for various payers Review and identify claims pricing discrepancies and create secondary electronic claims Monitor billing requirements and provide support for insurance/billing questions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies Maintain communication with pharmacy teams to address billing issues promptly What is Required (Qualifications)
Home infusion experience is required High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of experience in medical billing preferred Knowledge of HCPC coding, ICD10, CPT, and NCCI billing regulations Excellent phone and email communication skills Dependable with experience in customer service for internal and external customers How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
