Manage third-party billing and collections, ensuring timely and accurate billing of medical and NCPDP claims Identify and resolve root causes of billing rejections to maximize reimbursement Process home infusion and nursing claims, including rejections and appeals Meet quality assurance and productivity levels as defined by management Maintain accurate records and identify patient and insurance changes What is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED equivalent One to three years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment Strong knowledge of medical billing practices, including ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to perform simple mathematical calculations How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
