What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third‑party vendor claims in a timely and accurate manner
Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure successful future submissions
Maintain ready‑to‑bill delivery tickets and communicate statuses within the revenue cycle management (RCM) team
Document case activity and correspondence to ensure account activity is complete and accurate
Contribute medical billing expertise to improve training and operational efficiency within the RCM team
What is Required (Qualifications):
2‑5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
High School Diploma and additional specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections
Proven understanding of billing and collection processes for all payer types
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear records of activities and documentation
Proficient in MS Office suite and pharmacy applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in an infusion suite setting
Previous remote work environment experience
Detail‑oriented with post‑billing and post‑payment investigative experience
