Established agency seeking an outgoing, personable individual to provide timely quotes, recognize cross-selling opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service for personal lines customers. Responsibilities
Provide timely quotes for personal lines Recognize cross-selling opportunities Provide exceptional customer service for personal lines customers Negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for best rates Handle new and renewal submissions Quote, bind, and issue policies Work with multiple carriers and rating systems Overall account management Qualifications
Previous experience working with personal lines coverages in a brokerage/agency setting Experience maintaining client relationships Active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license Proven customer service and sales skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties Requirements
