We deliver innovative, multi-platform marketing and advertising solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, and we want you to help take our clients’ marketing to the next level. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do: Prospect for new business by connecting with local and regional businesses, setting up meetings, and delivering personalized advertising sales solutions that meet client needs. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and opportunities to wow clients with fresh ideas and cutting-edge strategies. Craft Winning Proposals: Develop and present tailored marketing plans that include radio, digital, and event marketing solutions to drive success for clients. Crush Your Targets: Exceed sales goals monthly and annually while building long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth. Qualifications
Sales Superstar: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the digital media landscape. Digital Savvy: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, OTT/CTV, podcasts, influencer marketing, social media, email marketing, and related areas. Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions that drive results. People Person: Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients at all levels. Experience Matters: Experience crafting strategies for radio or online channels, ideally for local and regional businesses. Drive & Ambition: Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow with the company. Benefits
