Pelco’s Regional Sales Managers help bring advanced video security solutions to the market. Pelco designs and delivers a broad range of high-quality IP video security solutions, products, and systems. Job Description
This role will be responsible for the Southeast Regional Territory, including NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, AL, MS, LA, AR. Reporting to the Pelco Regional Sales Director Southeast, the Channel Sales Executive acts as the primary contact for all Pelco selling initiatives with end-users in the territory, proactively manages relationships, and deploys sales actions and strategies to grow business and meet territory revenue goals. Responsibilities
Self-starter capable of penetrating new accounts Develop new business with end customers fulfilled via the partner channel Meet or exceed assigned revenue and project quotas for Pelco products and services Promote and market Pelco products and services within the assigned territory and named accounts Support sales activities by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities Create and manage a healthy sales funnel Conduct sales calls, schedule local promotional work, and track sales activities Create and execute targeted marketing plans (campaigns, events, tools, web resources, social media) Collaborate with vertical marketing teams to identify end-user engagement opportunities Lead video and analytics solution development to address end-user needs, coordinating necessary personnel Prospect daily using all available tools Work with North American Sales Team to identify key partners, integrators, and customers; empower team with resources to engage contacts effectively Attain “Trusted Advisor” status with customers and Channel Partners Sales forecasting and CRM data maintenance Other duties as assigned Design, build, and execute a comprehensive business plan for named accounts in the critical infrastructure space (utilities, oil & gas, energy, mining, water ports) Qualifications
4+ years of technical solutions sales experience Physical security solutions experience is a plus Experience with channel strategies and initiatives Industry sales experience in utilities, oil & gas, energy, mining, water ports preferred Strong technical acumen and ability to discuss products and solutions Ability to accurately forecast revenue weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually Proven track record of sales results and collaboration Understanding of go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Time management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Microsoft and Google Apps (Excel/Sheets) proficiency Exceptional presentation skills Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Willingness to travel ~50% of the time Established client base in the territory is a plus Location & Travel Requirements
Travel up to 50% within the territory; occasional travel outside the territory as needed Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 USD Pay transparency: Pay varies based on knowledge, skills, and experience. Actual offer based on candidate. Additional Details
